2. Description of Service

Cosmic Energy is an iOS app for personal self-reflection. It combines various influences such as moon phases, biorhythm, and your mood into a daily energy value. The app is designed to help you move more mindfully through your day – not as a scientific prediction, but as a playful tool for self-observation.

3. Subscription & Pricing

Free Features

The app can be used indefinitely with free basic features, including limited synchronicity tracking (3 per week) and basic energy calculations.

Cosmic Premium

Premium unlocks the following features:

• Unlimited synchronicity tracking
• 7-day energy forecast
• Detailed energy statistics
• All frequency meditations (SR1-SR5)
• Schumann history & trends
• Personalized energy tips

Subscription Options

• Monthly subscription: €4.99 per month
• Yearly subscription: €34.99 per year (approx. €2.92/month – save 42%)

Prices may vary by region. The final price is always displayed in the App Store before purchase.

4. Subscription Duration & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• The renewal charge is processed within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price.
• After purchase, you can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Tap "Cosmic Energy"
5. Select "Cancel Subscription"

Your premium access remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Restore Purchases

If you have purchased Premium but it is not showing:

1. Go to Profile → Premium in the app
2. Tap "Restore Purchases"
3. Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted

Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and works on all your devices.

7. Usage Rules

By using Cosmic Energy, you agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Provide accurate information in your profile
• Keep your account credentials secure

8. Data After Cancellation

Your data (journal entries, synchronicities, profile) remains stored even if you cancel your subscription. You only lose access to premium features. If you want to completely delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account in the app.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Interruptions or errors in the service
• Loss of data
• Any damages arising from the use of the app
• Third-party services (weather data, authentication)

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by German law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.
